The service was exceptional, with staff being very helpful from the reception desk to the restaurant, offering American-style customer service. The location was superb, very near Heathrow airport, making it highly recommended for pick up or drop off. However, the dining experience was not included in the rate and could be improved, especially with stale croissants being served. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor drawbacks.
